Yes. Our technical team provides inclusion guidelines and support for all species.

We are not a logistics company; however, we assist and support our customers throughout the shipping process to help ensure efficient transit times and competitive freight rates. All shipments are conducted in accordance with Incoterms 2020.

• Large shipments (10 tons +) are dispatched directly from our factory in Vietnam, typically on an ExW or CIF basis, with an average lead time of two weeks from purchase order acceptance.
• Smaller shipments are usually shipped LCL or in a 20’ FCL container, also under ExW or CIF terms from our Vietnam facility.
• Smaller European orders are fulfilled from our logistics hub in the Netherlands, generally on an ExW or DAP basis, with cargo ready for dispatch or collection within two working days.
• Smaller US orders are fulfilled from our logistics hub in New Hampton, Iowa, generally on an ExW or DAP basis, with cargo ready for dispatch or collection within two working days.
